This project had as its starting point a project of urban archeology. There was nothing left of that hotel other than the typical structure of a motel with exterior corridors overlooking the courtyard as well as countless layers of coatings, aggregates, steps, and ceilings. Today the hotel has 36 rooms, each with a special touch.
Cincomdos bought two entire floors at Torre Amsterdam for their new offices. An area that includes a double height space that connnects both levels. The double height space is adopted for collective use, housing some bleachers made of chipboard wood used as a meeting space and training room. A magnolia tree complements the double-height.
The Boro Hotel
The Boro is a 108 room hotel in the rapidly evolving neighborhood of Dutch Kills in New York City’s borough of Queens. While there are several existing flagged hotels in the area, the Boro is the first design-led bespoke offering that we hope will both further catalyze and respond to the exciting changes that are already evident.

In Borówiec near Poznań, once again a house designed by mode:lina™ studio was built. Form of this house: two blocks with a sloping roof and an asymmetric garage cube, is a contemporary interpretation of the traditional style. It is complemented with simple, raw materials: bricks, concrete and sheet in shades of gray.
Pitsou Kedem Architect
The interior is rooted in two main themes - the five elements of ancient Chinese Philosophy (Fire, Water, Metal, Wood and Earth) and the culinary DNA of the menu. The flavors, textures and colours are based on celebrated chef Yuval Ben Neria’s personal interpretation of street foods of five countries in South East Asia – India, China, Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam. The restaurant belongs to the fine casual dining category delivering the highest level of food, design and hospitality in an informal and accessible setting.
